1915hrs- CMD on scene rpts MVA involving a fuel tanker. Req. NYSP with rush. ALS enroute, BLS toned out.

1920hrs- CMD confirming a large spill and active fuel leak from a tanker. (1) occupant confirmed pinned. M/A for Countywide Foam Task Force.

1921hrs- M/A for a Crash Truck from Stewart Airport to scene for foam.

1930hrs- CMD req. the 3rd Alarm Equivalent for Engines/Tankers and Foam Units to stage at NYS Thruway Interchange (New Paltz) and await further directions into scene. Thruway is shut down.

1935hrs- Units reporting a possible gasoline tanker involved.
