Description Of Incident: (2) trains derailed in station.

1645hrs- ESU and FD req. for train derailment. PCT units on scene confirming with large crowd exiting station. FD responding with rescue assignment, including Rescue and Safety B/C's.

1703hrs- Div. 15 rpts All-Hands for (2) trains derailed with a same fire under (1) train. Incoming B/C (B-44) on All-Hands to respond into E-103rd St. X Farragut Rd where (1) line is being stretched into station. L-174 FAST.

1705hrs- Div. 15 rpts train was leaving station when it derailed. It was the train's first stop. Brooklyn advising power is off on all tracks except "Q1" track as of 1657hrs. All cars have been searched and (-) with exception of last (2) on (1) train, waiting power off confirmation.

1720hrs- Div. 11 rpts all searches (-), fire is out. P/W/H.
