1750HRS- Aviation reporting confirmed chopper down, on top of a multiple dwelling, Reporting No movement from the rubble.

1755HRS- Medivacs being dispatched

1812HRS- Reporter removed from crash, unknown if pilot removed.

1823HRS- FDNY and NYPD are extricating one male from air craft on the roof of the multiple dwelling. 3 males extricated from crash.

1835HRS- Requesting Aviation mechanic to the scene, Engine still running on the roof, expedite to the scene.

1844HRS- Engine is off on the roof, slow down the mechanic.

1845HRS- ESU 7 Reporting the Chopper came down on a 2 Story Residential building, 3 Victims are en route to the hospital. Buildings are evacuated.
