1639hrs- B-54 using All-Hands for fire on 4th floor of a 7-story OMD. 2 L/S/O. D/W/H.

1640hrs- Div. 13 Transmitting the 2nd Alarm from a distance for heavy fire out windows on 4th and 5th floors.

1650hrs- Div. 13 transmitting 3rd Alarm for fire on 4th and 5th floors of a 7-story OMD 175X110. Staging for 3rd Alarm is North Conduit Ave X Rockaway Blvd. Aviation grounded due to weather.

3rd Alarm: E-301, 255, 305, 264; L-107, 143; B-44 (Staging Chief), B-52 (3rd Alarm Chief).

1656hrs- Car 11A responding. Fuel Truck and Dept. Mechanics responding.

1659hrs- Div. 13 rpts heavy fire on 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, going to exterior attack. (3) L/S in the building, but going to Tower Ladders. Duration is 30 minutes. Car 3A responding.

1705hrs- S/C (2) Trucks above 3rd Alarm (L-150/125) . Occupants in Apt. 2K reported trapped.

1706hrs- Rescue B/C advising Van Wyck is backed up, incoming units use service road.

1715hrs- Car 15A rpts fire originated on 4th floor. Apt. 2K is checked and (-). D/W/H.

1515hrs- Car 15A transmitting 4th Alarm for relief purposes. No trucks on 4th Alarm due to special calls.

4th Alarm: E-331, 291 acting 294, 328, 299.
