Description Of Incident: MV occupied by (2) off roadway and into Sprain Lake. Units accessed scene by old access road at south end off lake. NYPD divers recovered victim DOA at 0720hrs. (1) male occupant that walked to Tuckahoe Rd. for help, transported to WCMC for related trauma and hypothermia. Additional information in IA Workshop.
