Description Of Incident: Original call for woman down in roadway, possibly ejected from an MVA or pedestrian struck. ESU on arrival reported a woman down in the left lane with a head injury. Upon further investigation, it was determined that woman was pushed from the car by a male, who was in custody at scene. Victim transported to WCMC by Empress.
