0907hrs- E-311 rpts 10-29. Building has no standpipe system. Req. L-73 to set up on Garrett Pl.

0908hrs- B-2 transmitting 10-30. Car 6 (Arson) enroute.

0915hrs- B-2 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Req. 2nd Alarm co's to respond in from Palmer Rd. to Bronxville Rd. and stage.
