is the Peekskill 46.26 Repeater down? I dont hear anything over it anymore.

The Peekskill Low Band (46.26) repeater has been disabled, and the UHF side of that unit will now be used as the fire department's new tactical repeater. Originally set up to continue serving members who carried "Low Band" pagers, that feature is no longer needed, since all of those units have been replaced with UHF equipment. 60 Control now only has to dispatch on one channel instead of rebroadcasting over the second repeater also. We can however quickly re-activate it by DTMF should the need arise.
