0705hrs- B-46 using All-Hands, S/C Squad 270 for the normally assigned Squad is 2nd due engine. Fire in the rear of the building with (1) L/S/O, 2nd underway.

0709hrs- B-46 transmitting 2nd Alarm.

0713hrs- S/C additional Tower Ladder (117)

0716hrs- Div. 15 transmitting the 3rd Alarm. (2) L/S/O with Tower Ladders being set up on all (4) sides. Members being withdrawn from building and setting up an exterior attack.

0756hrs- Field Comm rpts conditions remain the same. Exterior operations with a partial collapse of the roof. D/W/H.

0804hrs- Div. 14 transmitting 4th Alarm. Also S/C additional B/C for Staging.

0843hrs- Car 4H rpts shutting down exterior lines. Co's checking for pockets of fire. Extension to Exp. 2 has been extinguished.
