Description Of Incident: Fire in a 2-story brick 20X40 P/D.

1728hrs- 10-75 for heavy fire in a 2-story P/D.

1735hrs- 2nd Alarm transmitted. Wires down in front of building, all members being removed from front of building. Req. Con Ed with rush.

1740hrs- (2) engine co's taking lines to the rear of building. Trucks opening up.

1744hrs- R-2 has (1) 10-45 Code 2 on top floor rear.

1747hrs- E-283 has fire in (2) windows on Exposure 4 side.

1754hrs- E-310 pushing in back door and down to basement. Req. additional call to Con Ed.

1756hrs- Pri (-) on 2nd floor with exception of (1) 10-45. Still have heavy fire in front of building, 1st floor.

1759hrs- All visible fire K/D on 1st and 2nd floor. Still fire in basement and reporting collier's mansion conditions. E-234 and Squad 1 operating in basement.

2001hrs- B-38 relaying reports of (3) children unaccounted for. Co's in basement reporting possible sub-divided basement.

2009hrs- Companies in the basement report fire is being K/D. E-281 going into basement to relieve E-234. Searches in basement will be delayed.

2014hrs- Secondary searches on 1st-2nd floor (-). P/W/H.

2041hrs- Div. 15 placing fire U/C. A second 10-45 was located.
