Time: 1300hrs

Location: NYS Thruway, (2) miles south of Exit 16 (Harriman/Woodbury Commons)

Units Operating:

Description Of Incident: Tractor trailer lost control and crossed from southbound to northbound, striking a northbound SUV. (3) Fatalities in the SUV after extrication. Truck driver Medivac'd to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern where he was pronounced.
