Description Of Incident: R/C 401 giving shots fired over the air at Elm X Nepperhan. (1) male in front of 123 Elm St with a GSW to the leg. Numerous shell casings and a handgun recovered in front of 105 Elm St. Victim transported to WCMC by Empress.
