1212hrs- 2nd Alarm. Fire into the cockloft of a 6-story 150X150 OMD.

1226hrs- 3rd Alarm.

1240hrs- Div. 15 rpts 3 L/S/O through interior, (1) L/S/O to roof from exterior. Trench cuts have been made and fire confined to "A" wing cockloft. Duration of incident 38 minutes.
