Trouble Programing Uniden BC246T

I was having some trouble programing a scanner. The brand and model is the Uniden BC246T. Also I cant figure out how to delete some frequencies. I was wondering if you guys that might be familiar with this particular portable scanner can help me out with this. The directions were to confusing.

Uh.... basicly storing frequencies in general. It has all but what I want like LA, FDNY, ect. Like on a desktop scanner you know how u just type in the freq including the decimal to store it, like that. Also how to delete all the ones on the scanner already like LA.

do your have the programing software and link cable?

OOOO, thats how. Ok, cept I dont have the software. Only the Cable. Should the disc have came with the scanner?

look on google for bc246t software there is a free version and its 100x easier to use the software than to do it manually
