Deputy Chief Sam Juliano has answered his last alarm. Chief Juliano was an active member of the Putnam Valley Fire Dept for 52 years. He rose through the ranks and was Chief of Department from October, 1973 until October, 1975. He has served as a Deputy Chief from then until the present, as well as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He will be missed. “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
