Time: 0300hrs

Location: Route 59 X West Nyack Rd.

Units Operating: West Nyack, Valley Cottage, Nanuet, Rockland Medics

Description Of Incident: MV into tractor trailer with pin. (2) victims in car- (1) victim DOA, (1) extricated by West Nyack FD and transported to WCMC via Stat Flight Air 2. Valley Cottage and Nanuet for LZ.
