Units Operating: E1 E4 R1 C3 FPD Amr

Description Of Incident: Reported accident of a car into a utility pole, upon arrival E1 assumes command reporting 1 car into a pole with 1 victim trapped. Cmd requested UI for immediate response for damaged pole and one engine to the scene. E4 responding from a previous call.
