I went last year... I have to say the weekend was a blast, but the actual conferences were kinda dull - the main events were very cool though... but the breakout conferences were disappointing.

As an NCEMSF veteran and a member of the host squad last year, I would have to say its more of a social event than conference. What do you think you get when you put 1000 college kids in a hotel together with alcohol for a weekend? The skills competitions and keynote speakers have historically been excellent in my opinion. Its all what you make of it. If you're looking for serious Con-Ed and top-notch speakers, EMS Today Conference is the place to be....Baltimore Inner Harbor this year!
