Description Of Incident: Overturned gasoline tanker containing 8,000 gallons of fuel fully involved with ext. to temporary highway bridge.

1202hrs- E-307 rpts fire is at temporary truss bridge near construction zone and traffic split.

1203hrs- B/C 46 transmitting 10-86 (Foam Response).

1207hrs- 2nd Alarm transmitted. NYPD Level 1 Mobilization. E-238/Foam 238, Sat. 6, E-260/Foam 260, E-294/Foam 294 and Purple K Unit all enroute. B/C 6 is Foam Coordinator.

1212hrs- Div. 14 rpts partial collapse of temporary bridge. Command post is at 65th X Roosevelt Ave. TL-163 setting up on Roosevelt Ave.

1223hrs- S/C Air Recon Chief. NYPD Highway units have B.Q.E. is shut down at L.I.E. to the south and Northern Blvd. to the north.

1224hrs- Div. 14 rpts driver is accounted for. No life hazard present ATT. Req. power be cut to Conrail lines adjacent to highway.

1228hrs- (1) Tower Ladder (TL-163) and (2) multi-versals in operation. Setting up foam operation.

1234hrs- Req. E-294/Foam 294 to respond on Roosevelt Ave to TL-117 and supply foam.

1235hrs- Progress Report #2- Car 15A rpts setting up 2nd Tower Ladder, still setting up foam operations. Rpts a controlled burn ATT. D/W/H.

1238hrs- Conrail and Amtrak lines confirmed shut down. NYPD calling a Level 3 Mobilization.

1244hrs- Progress Report #3- Car 15A rpts all visible fire is out. Command Post is 70th X Roosevelt Ave. Pri. searches complete and (-), all construction workers accounted for. Still D/W/H. Queens advising duration of incident is 52 minutes.
