Units Operating: YPD ESU Truck 4, Empress, YFD E-311

Description Of Incident: Male struck by vehicle that fled north on Burbank. Victims injuries consistant with being run over, transported to WCMC w/life-threatening injuries. Accident Investigators, Detectives, Crime Scene Unit all O/S.
