as E6 was returning from a detail they were flagged down by a worker that 2 co-workers were trapped on scaffolding 5 storys up.E6 requested L3,R1 Batt 2 for the assignment,upon L3s arrival the aerial was deployed to remove the 2 workers without incident,as crews were working this incident smoke was noticed coming out of a 3rd floor window,Batt 2 reqested the assigment for the location to be filled out. as units investigated food was located in apt 3L. apt vented and units returned.
