Description Of Incident: Fire in apartment 5B, confined to apt. in a 7 story OMD.

2314- YPD R/C 204, 205 responding to Apt. 5B for a woman screaming for help, possible domestic.

2316- PD being advised of serveral calls now reporting a fire. R/C 210 (2nd PCT Sgt.) and ESU Truck 2 and Truck 4 enroute.

2317 - B-2 req. 5th engine (E-314) for FAST while enroute. PCT units on scene with nothing visible.

23:18 - Batt2 advising E-307 To hook up to standpipe on arrival.

23:22 - L-73 on scene, people "bailing out of the building". 7 Story OMD. checking.

23:24 - L-73 reporting working fire.

23:25 - Batt2 on scene, heavy smoke coming from the rear of building. ESU has all officers accounted for.

23:30 - Batt2 reporting Main body of Fire K/D, Primary search (-). Occupant of apartment being treated by Empress.

23:31 - Batt2 holding all co's, checking.

23:36 - Batt2 reporting fire is under control, all co's still working.

23:40 - 2nd search (-)

23:51 - E-307 picking up
