0923: Electrical Fire, awaiting Con Ed to shut down power before they can attack fire. Fire is Doubtful

0928: Con Ed gas to the scene

1017: Still awaiting power shut down, fire contained to one room, still doubtful

1035: Main body of fire K/D, Extensive overhaul operation

1038: As per 2102, 10-30
