ACR Help

I have a partner who is doing a presentation on documation. I havn't worked any of my New York projects in a while, I need to get my hands on an ACR or a copy of one. Anything other then the NYS Version 5 PCR. If it is a coded ACR a list of codes would be nice too. Thanks

Oh yeah, I asked a while back about ALS gear. I need some pictures of the drug box / airway setups that you use. Ill post what I am expected to use as an ALS transport capabilile unit, doesnt work very well to say the least. Thanks Any and All help would be wonderful. The ACR or PCR is more important at thing moment.

Its not how to document, It is the set up of the paper work that IO am more concerned with. I just want to be able to show different forms of paper work so there are no suprises. Please send that over
