Description: Fully involved, 3-story Pilgrim Baptist Church with extension to exposure, a 2-story commerical heavily involved. Original fire building a former synagoge built in 1890.

1507hrs- Still alarm transmitted for box.

1520hrs- Heavy fire in top 2-stories of a 3-5 story church. Fire possibly started by roofers.

1530hrs- Heavy fire throughout the top 2 floors of the penthouse addition, wood frame, which has collapsed into rest of structure.

1548hrs- 4-11 Transmitted. Collapse zone set up. Multiple vehicles on fire on the street.

1700hrs- Original fire building fully involved and through roof with major interior collapse. Exterior op's with (2) ladder pipes, (1) Tower Ladder and (2) squads in operation. Numerous lines also into exposure. Very D/W/H.

1730hrs- Exposure building, 2-story day care center, has fire on all floors and through the roof. (4) exterior lines and (1) tower in operation. Large collapse zone established around church. Using (1) squad and (1) ladder pipe with (2) stangs.
