Location: Hutch Parkway X I-95 area

Frequency:

Units Operating: NYPD Highway, Aviation, ESU Truck 3, Pelham Manor PD, WCPD

Description Of Incident: Male wanted for firing shots from a handgun during an apparent "road rage" incident on the Parkway. Plate on vehicle registered to an address in Pelham Manor. NYPD ESU and Pelham Manor PD apprehended suspect at that location w/vehicle.
