*Male suspect was involved in an MVA at the Heritage Hills condo complex. Suspect fled on foot and is wanted (unknown warrant) & known to carry weapons.

Radio-silence has been transmitted.

1520hrs-Numerous units surrounding a cemetary where suspect fled to.

1525hrs-NYSP-Somers receiving calls from witnesses stating that suspect was seen running back into woods (possibly back-tracking).

1534hrs-(2) units en-route from the Cortlandt barracks.

1535hrs-SP-Somers advising suspect is in custody near the Imperior Wok restaurant near the entrance to Heritage Hills. Cancelling SP-Cortlandt car's response.

1538hrs-Units advised to resume radio traffic.
