HEY CAPT., ONCE AGAIN YOU BRING UP A GREAT TOPIC. ALL I CAN SAY IS, TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN !!! EAT WELL AND WORK OUT A FEW TIMES A WEEK. HEART ATTACKS ARE ALMOST 50% OF THE DEATH RATE THIS YEAR, SO THAT MEANS YOU NEED TO HAVE A REGULAR CK UP. AND CAPT JUST FOR THE RECORD THE LAST 3 DEATHS ON U.S.F.A. WERE VEHICLE COLLISIONS, SO THAT TELLS YOU ITS NOT JUST HEALTH RELATED ISSUES. THEY SHOULD GET THE T-MACK SPEECH ON CODE 1 AND CODE 3 RESPONSES OR EVEN BETTER TAKE THE E.V.O.C. COURSE.

T-MAC class its good for them
