Location: Arnow Place and Westchester Avenue, Bronx

Frequency:

Units Operating: NYPD, NYPD ESU, EMS

Description Of Incident: Off duty MOS shot in chest after observing neighbors house being burglaized. MOS, along with 2 perps to Jacobi. MOS died at hospital
