Description Of Incident: MVA with pin and multiple injuries.

1500hrs- Roadway remains closed for accident investigation. MVA involved a flatbed work truck that lost it's brakes, striking (3) vehicles before finally running into the sleeper cab side of a tractor trailer. (1) victim pinned in a minivan.
