Description Of Incident: Member fell from L-13 while responding to 10-75 on York X 86th. Reported to have serious head trauma and transported to Cornell Trauma under NYPD escort. NYPD and FDNY conducting A.I. as of 2130hrs. L-13 was using a spare 1988 Mack TL and member fell from rear passenger side of cabin.
