*Somers FD/EMS dispatched to above location for a report of a car into the pond; driver out of the vehicle. R20 & EMS dispatched. Car 2441 was on location, establishing command & requesting the Dive team be added to the assignment. Car 2441 confirmed that the driver was out of the vehicle, however the vehicle was submerged w/fluid spill in the pond.
