Description Of Incident: Officers in pursuit of suspect vehicle were fired on. Officer was struck in armpit and into chest. Perp fled into a parking garage where officers returned fire. Suspect was later apprehended. Officer was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital at 0840hrs.
