Location: I/A/O 550 2nd Ave

Frequency: 155.130, 154.755

Units Operating: NRPD

Description Of Incident:VMPD advised all units of shots fired in the City of New Rochelle in the area of 1st Street. Units heard the shots in area of Police Headquarters. Description of of Possable shooter is 1 Black Male, black Shirt wearing a black rag in a White Car unknow make or model.
