Description: Fully involved 4-story frame w/exposure problems.

1520hrs- Concordville CMD req. 2nd Alarm on arrival for heavy fire in a 4-story frame maintenance building in a school complex. School is a facility for juvenile delinquents.

1600hrs- CMD has extension into exposure (dorm building). Also reporting a gas fed fire. Additional M/A to scene.

1630hrs- CMD reports gas main burning in original building was has had a total collapse of the roof. Collapse zone set up. (2) master streams in operation. Co's having water supply problems. Fire is into Exposure 3 (1-story frame, connected), Exposure 3A (3-story frame).

1700hrs- Fire now reported into Exposure 4. (1) Tower Ladder in operation, setting up additional ladder co's.
