2138hrs- Op's to freq. 3. County Car 5 responding.

2140hrs- Toning out Dept. 17 and 6 for unk. type fire 22 North Main St., Spring Valley. Caller sees flames through the window. Nothing showing at this location at 2146hrs. Rockland Car 5 (44-5) rpts Signal 11.

2148hrs- Co's have heavy fire, possibly fueled by chemicals with a partial collapse of the roof.

2205hrs-M/A Tallman (Dept. 20) to cover run at 16 Francis Pl. in Monsey.

2210hrs- M/A Truck to scene from South Spring Valley (Dept. 25). Req. to come in Maple to Monsey Blvd.

2224hrs- M/A Suffern (Dept. 19) for Engine to cover Spring Valley (129 Main St.-Firehouse).

2239hrs- Fire is darkening down. Numerous master streams in operation. Monsey Tower Ladder and South Spring Valley Trucks in op. Major structural damage to a section of the building.

2322hrs-Tallman (Dept. 20) requested for (1) engine to re-locate to Monsey FD HQ.
