“Hurricane” Windows Introduction:

Troy Todac has been in the fire service for 24 years and currently works as a Firefighter/Paramedic Seminole County Fire Rescue in Central Florida. Prior to working for SCFR, Troy worked at N.A.S.A.’s Cape Canaveral. Troy teaches basic and advanced firefighting skills at FDIC, Norwich, NY Fire College Weekend, and for Star Fire, Inc. in various locations through out Florida. With the extensive use of these new windows in an area hard hit with some of the most powerful hurricanes in U.S. history, Florida building codes have prompted manufactures to produce windows to sustain an impact of debris as speed of 200+ MPH. With this new type of window not only being sold in the areas affected by mother nature, but now being found in your backyard as a high security product, Troy will cover identification and removal techniques for these rugged windows. He is a member of Central Florida FOOLS.

Small Aircraft Safety:

Gene Hardy is a commercial pilot for Pan-Am (Boston Maine Division) and the owner of the Little Brook Airpark. She has 20+ years flying aircraft. She holds a Bachelors Degree in aviation from Daniel Webster College, a Masters in Psychology pertaining to aviation, and is continuing on to a PhD in this field.
