Description Of Incident: MVA w/ 2 cars on fire

1936 hrs. - YPD advising they have 2 cars fully involved

1938 hrs. - E313, L73 reporting they are stuck in traffic @ Hall Ave. - delayed response.

1941 hrs. - Dispatch trying to get YPD to open a lane to let units through

1941 hrs. - Dispatching additional engine due to traffic

1942 hrs. - Car 5 responding

1942 hrs. - E304 dispatched, advised to respond northbound on the southbound lanes

1943 hrs. - 10-19 w/ E307 & R1, E304 canceled in route, B2, E313 & L73 released

1945hrs- YPD R/C 210 rpts fire is out, (5) injuries, none life threatening. Req. ESU Truck 2 and 4 to assist Empress.

1948hrs- R/C 210 advising YPD closing service road and req. all incoming units to enter Mclean ramp wrong way from McLean.

1958 hrs. - R1 10-8

1959 hrs. - Car 5 10-8
