Initial Summary:    Captain Parsell received an alarm call for an EMS incident and was in process of preparing to leave his residence when he began to feel dizzy and light-headed.

His wife notified the department of the emergency and they responded, provided BLS, and transported Captain Parsell to tri-County Memorial Hospital.

While enroute, Parsell went into code and further attempt to revive him while in transport or at the hospital met with negative results.

The ER doctor said the cause of death was very likely major heart attack, pending further investigation.
