Description Of Incident: Man fell through dislodged elevator door from 12th floor to the roof of an elevator car on the 1st floor. ESU set up a rope operation from floor above to reach victim. After intial assessment by ESU, officers brought an Empress Paramedic down shaft for pronouncement. Rope system also set up to raise victim from shaft.
