Description Of Incident: 2-car MVA with (1) on it's side.

2100hrs- Original calls for vehicle rolled over with occupant inside and on fire. PD R/C 102 on scene confirmng overturned with person inside and vehicle smoking.

2102hrs- B-2 adding R-1 to box. PD req. ESU to expedite.

2105hrs- YPD req. NYSP to shut down exit ramps from Sprain Pkway to Central Ave. Sgt. req. Central Ave shut northbound at Palmer Rd.

2112hrs- Empress req. Stat Flight, advising PD. YPD R/C 110 (PCT Sgt.) req. Andrews Field as LZ. Patrol Supervisor req. Detectives and Accident Investigator.

2113hrs- B-2 req. to know location for LZ and req. additional engine for LZ.

2117hrs- Stat Flight advising Empress of an extensive ETA. PD establishing Andrews Field as LZ.

2118hrs- Stat Flight is confirmed go. B-2 req. additional engine (E-312) for LZ. Empress req. a ground contact.

2122hrs- 60 Control req. ground contact. B-2 advising they will be ground contact on Ch. 3.

2123hrs- B-2 being advising Fireground 2 will be contact freq. for Stat Flight.

2127hrs- R/C 110 req. units to shut down Central Ave south from Sadore Ln. to Palmer Rd. Units being pulled from 2nd PCT and Halloween detail.

2131hrs- PD being advised of a 15 minute ETA for Stat Flight.

2142hrs- Stat Flight overhead.
