bad x band repeater in westchester?

any of you guys in westchester know about this? i got this from a westchester news group:

FDNY EMS Citywide channel 1 has been jammed for two days. Someone is

crossbanding the 6 meter westchester FD freq into FDNY EMS radio. They

have asked me N2ROW and the Ham community to help located the signal.

Radio repair states it might be coming from Manhattan. Radio repair is

out in westchester now trying to find the signal. All that can help

Think it stop but it was going on the other day. 46.260 was being repeater over EMS Citywide 1 on the same PL. They couldn't use for two days and had to use the backup citywide 2.
