What is this? Triage? Different Colors for severity of injury??

I don't know how the NYC system runs but from an EMS standpoint it does look like some sort of system because the numbers and colors coinside witht he start triage system

This is the treatment area and it does match up to the START System.

It's not a triage area as the patients would be triage and then moved to the color code area for treatment.
