0803hrs- Div. 6 transmitting 4th Alarm. Heavily involved row of taxpayers with fire through the roof and into Exposure 3- 6-story OMD and Exposure 4A- 6-story H-type OMD. Setting up 3rd TL on Jerome Ave.

0811hrs- Div. 6 transmitting 5th Alarm. Req. all 5th Alarm companies to respond in Marcy Pl. Co's report fire into (3) floors of Exposure 4A. NYPD Level 1 Mobilization.

0814hrs- (2) Tower Ladders in operation- TL-44 in front on Jerome Ave, TL-33 on Elliot Pl. TL's are making progress. (3) L/S/O in Exp. 3 with fire K/D. (3) L/S/O in Exp. 4A. D/W/H.

0823hrs- 6th Alarm transmitted. Bronx Communications advising Fall Back Step 3.

0825hrs- Fire in original fire building is K/D with collapse of sections of roof. Co's still have small pockets of fire in window frames of Exp. 4A.

0848hrs- Car 10A rpts (8) L/S/O, (3) T/L's in operation.

0900hrs- Car 10A places fire P/W/H. (2) TL's still in operation on original fire building.

0931hrs- Fire placed under control. Primary and Secondary searches (-) in Exp. 3A. TL's still operating.

S/C (4) additional Engines (64, 62, 83, 26) and (1) B/C (20) to scene for relief.
