Description Of Incident: Car 54 was attempting to stop a 4 door sedan W/ suspicion in a hit and run a few minutes earlier on Main street in Port Chester. The car occupied by 4 males headed toward Greenwich. The car entered Greenwich and took many back roads before blowing the front driver side tire. All 4 males fled by foot. car 54 arrested 1 of the 4. the pursuit ended on glenville road
