Location: R/O 77 Locust Hill Ave

Units Operating: YPD 4th PCT, ESU Truck 4; Empress; YFD E-303, R-1, B-1

Description Of Incident: 7-year old driving car down ramp to parking garage struck wall head-on. Mother was passenger, both transported by Empress to WCMC with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
