75th Anniversary Parade

Hey all Just wanted to know what you all think is the best month to have this parade?

The Tarrytowns VFW Senior Drum and Bugle Corps will be hosting there 75th Anniversary Parade in Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow in the year 2007 and we all know how much planning this takes to set up. The first thing we want to do is try to get a month to where we have the chance to make this one of the biggest Anniversary parades Westchester has ever seen. We will be starting the planning for this event in January of 2006 and I just wanted to get a feeling from all the Depts on here since you all seem to know whats going on more then anyone else. So I would appericate it you all could give me some opinions here.
