Description Of Incident: Tractor Trailer Sitting at rest area when cargo began to leak from its container. Numerous Different Chemicals On board. Substance leaking determined to be non-flamable and non- toxic cleaning soluition. Trailer offloaded at rest area by CTY Hazmat and NYC DEP Hazmat, and BFD with assistance from LISI's Towing and Ira Conklin and Sons Scene determined to be safe and turned over to NYSP and DOT
