Description Of Incident: MVA with entrapment and fatality

2228hrs- Numerous calls for serious MVA with multiple entrapment, possible ejection I-287 in area of Manhattanville College.

2229hrs- NYSP on scene reporting multiple victims with confirmed entrapment and req. Stat Flight.

2232hrs- Purchase re-tone for manpower for possible LZ. Accident reported as on I-684 ramp to I-287.

2234hrs- White Plains toned out for E-70 and R-88 to scene. NYSP relating fatality.

Purchase E-239, Car 2412 on scene.

2236hrs- Air 1 req. Purchase FD to confirm Medivac launch.

2240hrs- Area departments recieving numerous calls for an MVA anywhere from the Hutch to 684 to 287. Location is confirmed to be I-684 S/B at I-287 W/B as per WPFD R-88.

2244hrs- R-88 on scene reporting Purchase units extricating and will be assisting with cribbing. Req. E-70 to continue in.

2245hrs- WPFD rpts Purchase I.C. relating thier services not required. WPFD going 10-8.
