Frequency:

Units Operating: YPD ESU Truck 2, Truck4, ESU 850 (ESU Supervisor), 1st PCT Units, Traffic Unit, Detective Division; Empress; YFD E-310, TL-75, B-2, Car 45

Description Of Incident: (2) car head -on MVA with (1) driver pinned and DOA.
